Q1.Are you a qualified manufacturer?
Zhongjin Medical has gained basic requirement of ISO 9001/ ISO13485-2016 at rehabilitation industry. Zhongjin Medical has 170 patents about wheelchair products. It has passed China standard and Japan Industry System requirement.As Zhongjin services for the best Japan wheelchair company,
all the products in Zhongjin adhere to Japan quality system standard. Its products have passed CE certificate(by TUV Rheinland), and power wheelchair passed FDA( by SGS).
Q2. How do you ensure your QC?
Zhongjin policy on QC starts from raw material to products. The standard is that not an unqualified material is accepted, not an unqualified half-finished product is processed to next process, and not an unqualified product is allowed to leave factory.
Every step in producing is visible and responsible for the quality itself. Every detail is assessed by person in charge.
Q3.What is your MOQ policy?
In order to ensure an stable and smooth operation for manufacturer, Zhongjin will like to have the moq at 20 pieces, mixed model accepted.
Sample policy for standard models, it will add extra man-hour charge from the bulk order. Sample policy for customizing models, pls consult the manager for specific model and price list.

In Zhongjin Medical, most orders are directly from clients and distributors. They send back with large quantity and suitable time for both side. The loading time is according to quantity and material stock, the leading time is about 30-60 days for bulk order.
